SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The final game of the SDSU invitational, the Jackrabbits hosting Wyoming.

A great home crowd for the Jacks, they struggled in the first set.

Jacks trailing by one in the first set and a great recovery by Wyoming leads to another score for them, they would go on to win set number one.

But that’s when the Jackrabbits turned up the heat.

Blocked by Madison Burr, Wyoming up 3 in the 2nd set, Burr getting it done offensively and defensively, the momentum swung to the Jacks who went on to beat Wyoming 3-1.

Sylvie Zgonc led the team in kills with 15.

The Jacks will have three matches in Minnesota including two ranked opponents.

On September 12th #24 Dayton will face SDSU in Minneapolis.

They will also play USF and #11 Minnesota that weekend.
