Netflix is adding a healthy 23 new shows and movies to the streaming service this week, meaning there's plenty to check out. However, a few of these titles stand out, including a new Netflix original movie, "The Wrong Paris." This romantic comedy stars Miranda Cosgrove as Dawn, a Texan artist on a dating show supposedly set in Paris, France. But when her plane finally lands, she realizes she's just minutes from home — in Paris, Texas.

While that rom-com is definitely the top new arrival to keep an eye on this week, it's not my most anticipated movie or show of the week. That honor goes to the two-part documentary "aka Charlie Sheen," which promises to be a juicy tell-all about the mercurial actor, featuring himself and many of his Hollywood friends.
