The injury bug hit No. 4 LSU in its Week 2 win over Louisiana Tech at Tiger Stadium on Sept. 6, as the Tigers lost both Trey'Dez Green and Braelin Moore.

Less than 24 hours after their win, the fourth-ranked Tigers seem to have received positive news regarding sophomore tight end Green, according to several reports, including CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz and Chris Hummer.

The 6-foot-7 tight end sustained an apparent right knee injury in the fourth quarter of the Tigers' win while making a block for LSU running back Kaleb Johnson.

Before his injury, Green had not recorded a catch or had he been targeted in the game by LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier.
