At least four people have been confirmed dead after two shooters climbed onto a bus and opened fire.

The attack happened at a busy intersection in north Jerusalem, Israel, during the morning rush hour, sending commuters and passers-by fleeing from the bus stop.

Wounded and unconscious people were left lying in the road and on the pavement nearby, scattered with broken glass.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service identified the dead as one man in his 50s and three men in their 30s, the BBC reports.

Some 15 more people were injured, six seriously.

Israeli police say the two attackers were ‘neutralised’ soon after the shooting began. Israel’s Army Radio reported this
