Wide receiver Kendrick Bourne is returning to the San Francisco 49ers on a one-year deal with a max value of $5 million, his agents told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Bourne visited the 49ers last week after he was released by the New England Patriots after efforts to trade him were unsuccessful.
Bourne, 30, spent his first four seasons with the 49ers before signing with the Patriots in 2021. The nine-year veteran has totaled 292 receptions for 3,714 yards and 22 touchdowns over his career.
