Slipping on a pair of socks before bed could help you fall asleep faster and have better quality sleep.
A small study published in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology found that young men who slept in socks fell asleep nearly eight minutes faster and slept 32 minutes longer than those who didn’t wear socks. The study participants who wore socks also didn't wake up as much in the middle of the night, researchers said.
