The Stratford Hunter Steel Warriors ended the preseason Saturday at Allman Arena with a 4-3 loss to St. Andrew’s College. They’ll have nearly two weeks to prepare for the 2025-26 season opener Sept. 17 in London.
Jack McGurn, Quinn Kipfer, on the power play, and Drew Hodge scored on Saturday in the team’s first exhibition game at the 101-year-old arena. Joseph Curtin had two assists, and Gage Hurst made 19 saves.
