MUNCIE, IN — The Delaware County Election Board has finally adopted a plan to use vote centers when conducting the county's elections.

In a 3-0 decision, the board — county clerk Rick Spangler, Republican Peter Drumm and Democrat Daniel Gibson — voted on Monday, Sept. 8, to use 26 vote centers as opposed to polling sites in 44 precincts across Delaware County.
