BOSTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Popular toy and board game company Hasbro Incorporated is moving their headquarters from Rhode Island to Boston.

This move is expected to bring over 700 jobs to the bay state. Governor Maura Healey celebrated the latest business to relocate and grow in Massachusetts. She said in part: “We are thrilled that Hasbro has chosen Massachusetts as the home of its new headquarters, and we’re ready to support the hundreds of jobs they will create here.”

The transition is expected to be finished by the end of next year.
