LANESBORO, Minn. — Big Springs Farm is marking its fifth fall festival with a special 10-acre corn maze themed around the legendary Paul Bunyan and Babe, The Blue Ox. This year the festival will be open on weekends from September 13 through October 26. Pam Brown, co-owner of Big Springs Farm, shared her excitement about the new attractions. “We are excited to share with everyone our newest attraction, a paintball experience called ‘The Waterway Range’, and we hope you’ll try ‘Paul’s Snack-On-An-Axe’,” Brown said. This new snack features sliced ribeye, a brat, bacon, and a side of real maple syrup.
