The Blue Angels are bringing their daring maneuvers and precise air formations to a St. Mary’s County air show next summer.

The U.S. Navy’s premier flight demonstration team, the Blue Angels, are scheduled to perform at the NAS Patuxent River Air Show on June 21 and 22. The free event will be held at Naval Air Station Patuxent River on the Chesapeake Bay near the mouth of the Patuxent River.

“The air show is more than an exhibition of aerial displays,” Jeff Sias, NAS Patuxent River fleet and family readiness director, said in a news release. “It is a community wide event for the Navy to invite the public to see, and feel the air power, firsthand on what goes on at Pax River on a regular basis.”
