An evacuation of Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport could have been a "mass hysteria" event after emergency services arrived amid reports of a "hazardous materials" incident.

Firefighters arrived at the airport earlier today following the reports with Terminal 4 being evacuated in the process.

The events at Heathrow Airport was called a "mass hysteria" event, a Met Police source told The BBC.
