Two teenagers have been charged in relation to a fatal crash during a police pursuit in the New South Wales Upper Hunter.
A 17-year-old front-seat passenger was killed in the crash, which came after a police chase from Aberdeen to Scone about midnight on Saturday.
The alleged driver, a 14-year-old boy, has been charged with dangerous and aggravated driving occasioning death, as well as car theft.
A 17-year-old rear-seat passenger is also facing charges relating to the theft of the vehicle, while another 14-year-old will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act.
Police will allege that the speed the vehicle was travelling through Aberdeen caught their attention, before checks revealed it had earlier been reported stolen from a business in the Newcastle suburb of Wallsend, more than 1
