SHANKSVILLE, Pa. – Thousands of students from around the country tuned in virtually to live sessions Monday held in the Flight 93 National Memorial’s classroom to learn more about the passengers and crew members who rebelled against a terrorist hijacking of a United Airlines airplane Sept. 11, 2001.
The lesson was the first in a week’s worth of instruction from National Park Service rangers through this year’s Teach to Remember offered by the Friends of Flight 93. ×
