A woman named Charlotte Webber told Pittsburgh's Action News 4 paramedics helped her get out of the Forward Avenue building.

"I'm alright, I'm just devastated. I'm overwhelmed," Webber said she's lived in the building for seven years. She said she isn't sure what she's going to do now. "I know we'll get a lot of help."

Pittsburgh's Action News 4 reporter Marcie Cipriani also spoke with a caregiver of a different woman who lived on the ground floor of the apartment.

He said he was doing laundry when he heard the alarm.
