“Thank goodness shark attacks are extremely rare,” has become an increasingly more common sentiment among Orange Beach visitors and residents as videos of shark sightings continue to pop up online.

Orange Beach Condo Rentals posted this thought on Facebook over the weekend with video of what appears to be a shark swimming close to people in the Gulf’s shallows.

“Nothing beats a Jet2 holiday,” says an audio accompanying the video, made popular on TikTok and usually used on posts depicting dangerous or chaotic conditions.

Jory Trosclair, who lives in an apartment overlooking the beach, also captured footage of the aquatic hunters this weekend.
