R&B star Miguel surprised many of his fans and followers this week when it was revealed that he had a son last year, taking to Instagram to introduce the tyke to the masses on his first birthday (Sept. 9).

In addition to the shock of Miguel having a child under the radar, fans are also wondering about the child’s mother. A prominent name within fashion circles, Margaret Zhang has been the “Sky Walker” singer’s partner for at least two years and is the mother of his infant son.
