The Italian journalist whose interview with Ayo Edebiri, Julia Roberts and Andrew Garfield went viral for Edebiri's response to a question regarding the #MeToo and Black Lives Matter movements says she has "been subjected to personal insults and attacks"

"Rather than focusing on the thoughtful responses of Ayo Edebiri, Julia Roberts, and Andrew Garfield, the discussion continues solely on how I should have phrased the question," reporter Federica Polidoro wrote on Instagram on Monday, Sept. 8

During the interview, Polidoro noted that her question on the movements in Hollywood was specifically directed at Roberts and Garfield; however, they deferred to Edebiri before all agreeing that the #MeToo and Black Lives Matter movements are not "done at all"
