LeAnn Rimes knows that life always goes on.

With the "I Need You" singer enjoying nearly 15 years of marriage with Eddie Cibrian , she's learned what it takes to make a relationship really feel like home.

"It's about just being present with each other, honestly," LeAnne exclusively told E! News at ABC's End of Summer Soirée on Sept. 5. "You think you know someone, but in 15 years, you evolve so much. It's like learning every day when you wake up."

The 43-year-old— who is returning to acting after over seven years with a villain role in the upcoming series 9-1-1 Nashville —emphasized that it's essential to be there for "all the incarnations of each other."
