GREENWOOD, Ind. — It was a rough start to Tuesday morning for more than a dozen neighbors who live along Harvest Moon Drive in Greenwood. Many cars parked on the street were slashed by someone overnight.

Greenwood Police confirmed to 13News an officer took 14 separate reports early Sept. 9. It will likely take all day for the officer to complete every report, Assistant Chief Matthew Fillenwarth said.

Right now, Fillenwarth said there is no description on a possible suspect or suspects. Police are asking neighbors with doorbell or exterior cameras to check footage from overnight Sept. 9.

One neighbor, who didn't want to go on camera, told 13News this is not the first time vandals have hit his car in the middle of the night but the first time they slashed his tires.
