CONCERNS are growing that President Donald Trump could cause delays at the upcoming Ryder Cup.

The Ryder Cup will take place from September 26 to 28 in Farmingdale, New York .

President Trump is expected to attend the tournament, leading to potential complications.

This comes after his attendance at the US Open caused significant delays.

US Open winner Carlos Alcaraz, 22, addressed Trump's presence at the tournament as security was tightended on Sunday.

The final was pushed back by 48 minutes to accomodate the impact of the president's arrival.

Broadcasters were allegedly asked not to film negative reactions to the 47th president.
