Woman charged with assault with intent to murder in Applebee’s stabbing

LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - A Lansing woman has been charged with stabbing a man at a South Lansing Applebee’s Sunday night, police told News 10.

Kristen Wilcox, 26, was charged with Assault with Intent to Murder for a stabbing in Lansing Sunday night.

Police say a 34-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach around 4 p.m. Sunday at a South Lansing Applebee’s.

The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

Wilcox was charged on Tuesday in the 54-A District Court.

She was awarded a $50,000 bond. Her next hearing is a probable cause conference on Sept. 18.
