GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man waived his Monday, Sept. 8, preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to Class A felony gross sexual imposition for alleged sexual contact with a sleeping teenager.

Dylon Julius Tetzloff, 28, faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the crime.

Tetzloff was reported to law enforcement in July. A teenage girl said that when she awoke, he was trying to remove her clothing, according to a declaration of probable cause summary filed in the case.

The summary alleges that Tetzloff admitted to being on top of the girl and kissing her before she woke up.

His final dispositional conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 4.
