LANSING — A Lansing woman has been charged in connection with a stabbing incident Sunday, Sept. 7, at an Applebee's restaurant in south Lansing.

Kristen Wilcox, 26, was arraigned Tuesday, Sept. 9, in 54A District Court on a charge of assault with intent to murder, court records indicate.

The incident happened about 4:15 p.m. at the restaurant on South Cedar Street, north of East Edgewood Boulevard, police and prosecutors said.

A 34-year-old man was taken to a hospital with a stab wound to the abdomen, police said. The man was listed in critical but stable condition on Sept. 8. No update on his condition was given on Tuesday.
