Portage la Prairie RCMP issue warrant of arrest

On September 9, 2025, Portage la Prairie RCMP issued a warrant of arrest for 25-year-old James Hilton.

Hilton is Wanted for breaching conditions of his release order in relation to charges for numerous offences including, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death.

This is in relation to a three-vehicle collision that occurred January 15, 2025.

Hilton was last seen in the St. Norbert area of Winnipeg.
