ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A previously convicted gang member will spend years in prison after being found guilty of animal cruelty in Fulton County.
Jairus Scraders was convicted of three counts of aggravated cruelty to animals on Sept. 2. Court records show he was also found guilty of several more charges in two other cases on the same day, including terroristic threats, reckless conduct and theft by receiving stolen property.
