(NewsNation) — "Breaking Bad" actor Raymond Cruz was arrested Sept. 8 for reportedly spraying water toward a woman.

His agent confirmed the arrest to People, which TMZ first reported. Cruz played drug lord Tuco Salamanca in the popular television series.

"There was basically a dispute with the victim, which is when Cruz allegedly sprayed water towards the victim,” LAPD officer David Cuellar said via People.

Cruz's agent, Raphael Berko told the outlet that the actor was washing his car outside his home when a minivan with three women parked "half an inch" from his bumper. Cruz allegedly asked them to move their vehicle, and when they refused, he continued to clean his car before they started filming.
