The family of a child injured during the Priceville police chase is pursuing legal action.

Saturday night , Priceville officer Garry Chapman attempted to pull over 40-year-old Archie Hale for traffic violations and suspicion of DUI. Hale did not stop and eventually crashed at a Hartselle intersection, killing 17-year-old Tristan Hollis and injuring multiple others including Braxton Wales.

Timberlake, League, and Brooks, a law firm in Huntsville, is now representing the family of Braxton Wales. Attorney Will League mentioned that a thorough investigation into the events leading up to the crash is the next step.
