Cactus, O'Connor clubs represent Northwest Valley

The inaugural Arizona High School Pickleball Championships 2025 — POWERED BY PURE will debut this December at Dink & Dine Pickle Park in Mesa.

Slated for Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 6-7 at 1017 N. Dobson Road, Mesa, the event allows student athletes to compete for five state championship titles. Clubs based at two Northwest Valley schools, Cactus and O’Connor, are among the 11 taking part.

Future installments will take place at PURE’s 196,000-square-foot venue in North Scottsdale, which will become the largest indoor pickleball facility in the world. It will feature 40 pickleball courts, eight padel courts and a 1,200-seat pro-arena upon opening in 2027.

Titles will be awarded for girls doubles, boys doubles, mixed doubles, girls singles
