BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. —
Luigi Mangione, the man accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has been requested by a Pennsylvania court to return to the state to face charges filed against him last year.

According to court documents obtained Tuesday, Blair County Court officials requested that Mangione be transferred into the custody of the county sheriff to face multiple forgery and firearm-related charges.
He is also facing charges, including tampering with records or identification and possessing an instrument of crime.
