Newly surfaced images reveal the charged moments before Dezi Freeman allegedly opened fire on police from inside his bus in Porepunkah, showing officers clustered at the doorway of his home as he reportedly shouted “Nazis” and “psychopaths” from behind closed curtains.

The still photos, published by the Daily Mail Australia and said to be taken from a 27-minute video, show Detective Neal Thompson in a red flannelette shirt standing near the doorway as another officer works at the frame with a crowbar.

The images appear to show Freeman to have barricaded himself inside the bus with his wife and two-year-old son, railing against allegations of historical sexual abuse.
