PORTLAND, Ore. — A Multnomah County Circuit Court judge found a man guilty of three of 11 charges after he posted videos of himself on social media driving recklessly around the Portland metro area.
Judge von Ter Stegge found Oscar Lee Burrell Jr., 33, guilty of two counts of reckless driving and one count of recklessly endangering another person, according to the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office on Tuesday. The judge found Burrell not guilty on the remaining charges: reckless driving, five counts of recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief in the second degree, and disorderly conduct in the second degree.
The verdict came down during a bench trial, which is a trial by a judge as opposed to a jury.
The charges stem from incidents in Peninsula Park on March 2
