For the first time since 2022, the Michigan women’s golf team woke up in their own beds and ate at their favorite breakfast place before teeing off. at the Wolverine Invitational. And with the Wolverines’ first home match in three years, the U-M Golf Course welcomed them with low scores and open arms at the Wolverine Invitational.

Michigan started off its fall season tying for third place in the 15-team contest, posting 299-292-287. While the Wolverines started off slow the first day, their final score of 287 was the lowest of the round by six strokes. After growing comfortable and embracing the home course advantage, Michigan found its rhythm and swing.
