WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A new chapter is unfolding in Warner Robins as the city launches its first-ever residential development aimed at making homeownership achievable for working families.

The project, funded by a $1.5 million grant from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs through its Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP), will deliver eight single-story townhomes on Airman Boulevard designed for ownership not rental by residents who have worked hard for a place to call their own.

Mayor LaRhonda Patrick explained that this development has been close to her heart for some time.
