ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
A 16-year-old has been convicted on felony charges stemming from a road rage shooting.
An investigation found a married couple was driving home after shopping when their vehicle was rear-ended. The driver then sped away from the area of Rio Grande and Interstate 40 in Albuquerque.

The couple followed the vehicle and took photos of the license plate to report to Albuquerque police. This led to the vehicle passenger aiming and shooting a handgun toward the couple and firing at least two rounds.
No injuries were reported in the shooting. Police were able to find the suspect vehicle with several teens inside. The suspected vehicle firearm was also recovered during an arrest.
