After 10 years in the Alamo City, Hotel Emma is celebrating their debut anniversary by relaunching their award-winning new American restaurant, Supper.
Supper is known for its "melting pot" of cuisine that derives from multiple cultures and flavors with Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez at the helm, along with Chef De Cuisine Ralph Montes and Pastry Chef Mark Metzger.
