HOLYOKE, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - A mother accused of recklessly driving a motorcycle, with a child passenger, is behind bars Tuesday night and two other people are also facing charges.

Sunday night, police drove up to a group of motorcyclists in Holyoke, who then rode off. But one of them hit a police car. When officers tried stopping the driver, 35-year-old Deborah Sanchez, 33-year-old William Vazquez interfered with officers allowing Sanchez to escape. Police said Sanchez doesn’t have a motorcycle license, in addition to the bike being unregistered and uninsured. Both were arrested on motor vehicle charges.

While this was happening, another woman sped off, driving the wrong way with a child not wearing a helmet in tow. Officers tried stopping the woman, 27-year-old Sandra Vazquez, but she
