SALISBURY — The intersection of West Horah and Lloyd streets got a facelift on Saturday.
While the artistic project that reimagined the West End Neighborhood crossing did detour traffic for a couple of days, the minds behind the creation are hoping it will offset automobile hazards on the heavily traveled road.
