STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — During the morning rush hour on Wednesday, delays are reported on both the Goethals Bridge and the Staten Island Expressway.
Traffic from the expressway started backing up onto the span around 6:30 a.m., according to an alert from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
Congestion extends to at least Willowbrook Road on the expressway, according to 511 NY.
