RICHMOND, Va. -- Wednesday morning brings cooler temperatures in the upper 60s, but conditions are set to improve throughout the day as the region pushes toward the mid to upper 70s.
Tonight will see temperatures dip back into the 50s, with upper 50s expected and some lingering clouds. A few scattered showers may persist, but rain chances are diminishing significantly by late today.
The weather pattern is shifting toward much drier conditions for the latter half of the work week and continuing through the weekend. Today marks the coolest day in the upcoming seven-day forecast.
Areas east of I-95 will experience cloudier skies and cooler conditions, while other regions see more sunshine and warmer temperatures.
A promising stretch of weather begins Friday and extends through Monday, fea
