COUNTY CHAIR RELEASES FOOTAGE OF ARGUMENT OUTSIDE LIBRARY: Multnomah County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson asked District Attorney Nathan Vasquez on Monday to release security video taken before a stabbing Aug. 25 outside the Central Library.
