FOXBOROUGH – It would’ve been easy for Harold Landry to be mad. Instead, he’s grateful.

After seven years in Tennessee, which included four as the Titans’ sack leader, Landry was released this offseason. Coming off a nine-sack season, it didn’t take long for this Pro Bowler to find a new home.

Mike Vrabel and the Patriots signed Landry five days after the Titans set him free. After the team’s first game, it’s easy to see why Vrabel wanted to reunite with the pass rusher.

On a new team, with a familiar staff, Landry is at home with the Patriots. After being voted a captain, he finished with 2.5 sacks in his Patriots debut.

When asked if he had a chip on his shoulder, due to how things ended in Tennessee, Landry said he was focused on the positive.
