HOLYOKE — Police arrested an 18-year-old on Saturday after finding him with drugs and several hundred dollars in a car that wasn’t his, according to police.

Javion Rosa, of Holyoke, is facing charges of drug possession and breaking into a car. He had cocaine with plans to sell it and entered the vehicle at night without permission, Chief Brian Keenan said in a statement Tuesday.
