Rising’s Pet of the Week from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control is Binx! This sweet three-month-old domestic shorthair has been through a lot in his young life. He first came to the shelter as a kitten, barely a few weeks old, after getting hit by a car. Binx is a survivor and has the scars to prove it!
