HAVERHILL — The Northern Essex Community College Board of Trustees welcomed two new members at its September meeting, following Gov. Maura Healey’s appointment of Dr. Zandra Kelley and the election of Melissa Horne.

“We’re so excited to welcome Melissa and Zandra as trustees,” said NECC President Lane A. Glenn. “Each offers a unique background and perspective. I know our NECC community will be well-served by their leadership.”
