A FORMER New England Patriots star is set to face his former team as he joins the Miami Dolphins.

The guard was selected by the Patriots in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft , being selected 30th overall.

Cole Strange has joined the Dolphins as they prepare to face the Patriots on Sunday.

He arrives as a replacement for James Daniels, 27, who has been moved to the injured reserves.

This means that Daniels will not be eligible to play for the Dolphins until at least their Week 6 game against the Los Angeles Chargers .
