ST. LOUIS — A school substitute and piano teacher already accused of sexually abusing a young girl in St. Louis County is now also facing charges in St. Louis after detectives said they found his journal, where he detailed his sexual abuse of young girls.
Daniel Yavitz, 39, of University City, was charged Tuesday afternoon with three felony counts of statutory sodomy of a child under the age of 12.
He's been jailed in St. Louis County since June 23 when he was charged with sexually abusing a student during an in-home piano lesson. In that case, he was also charged with three felony counts of statutory sodomy of a child under the age of 12.
