The reigning Big Ten Conference football champions begin their title defense as conference play gets underway for No. 5 Oregon .

The Ducks' first Big Ten game of the season is also their first road game of the fall as they head to Chicagoland to take on Northwestern at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at Martin Stadium in Evanston, Ill. Oregon went 9-0 in the 2024 Big Ten regular season and then beat Penn State in the conference championship game .

The game will air on FOX and is the location for the weekly FOX Big Noon Kickoff show.

Oregon (2-0) has demolished the first two teams its played this season, outscoring Montana State and Oklahoma State by a combined 128-16. The Wildcats (1-1) bounced back from a 23-3 opening-season loss to Tulane with a 42-7 win against Western Illino
