MURRAY, Ky. (WSMV) - A man is accused of threatening to shoot a large liquid nitrogen tank in Murray, Kentucky, with the intent to destroy the business, according to the Murray Police Department.

An investigation started on September 4 after officers said Kendall Gaia, 27, sent threatening messages about his plan.

Gaia, a Paducah resident, was later arrested on charges of terroristic threatening.

The Murray Police Department said police in Paducah helped execute the arrest.
