Nepal’s parliament was set ablaze as anti-corruption protests forced Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to resign.

Video footage shows rioters inside, smashing furniture and torching offices, while crowds outside danced around fires as flames tore through the Singha Durbar.

At least 22 people have died, with jailbreaks reported in Kaski and Dang.

A second video after daybreak, following the unrest, revealed blackened ruins, with charred books and documents scattered through the gutted parliament complex.
